I start working with clients where they are in their lives right now, no matter where that is. I am willing to work with clients if they are ready and willing to engage in a certain kind of work with and on themselves. I never give up on anyone, even if they get discouraged, have setbacks, or are “failing” in their own eyes. I see each moment as a new beginning, a new opportunity to start over, to tune in, to reconnect.
I introduce my clients to ways that they can use to listen to their own bodies and minds and to begin trusting their own experiences more.
Guided Meditation and Mindfulness
Mindfulness practices allows us to feel our bodily sensations and our relationships to these experiences, while breathing with them, accepting them, and letting them be. This results in a fresh perspective that allows us to take a wider view of all our experiences rather than getting caught up in them.
HeartQuest services include conflict resolution support, ranging from neutral third party assessment of concerns of potential harassment and/or discrimination; strategies and approaches to help handle conflict more productively and efficiently; and how to respond to conflict in a way that is constructive rather than destructive.
